Well established, recession proof, service/repair business with large client base located in US. Fort Washington Plumbing and Heating service contracts with all major appliance manufacturers including premium brand manufacturers and extended warranty companies. For each of these contracts there is a large service area and extra large service area for the premium brands. Service contracts are transferrable with manufacturers’ approval.

Large client base with very satisfied customers means excellent sales for parts & out of warranty service. In addition a list can be provided, showing (where possible), pressure, running amps before/after service, location, serial numbers, condition of the unit, and any recommendations by the technician.
